Our customers are some of the largest medical device companies in the world.

Our first responsibility is to the patients; several life-saving surgeries utilize our surface coatings.
Everything we do must be of the highest level of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Working with automated powder and liquid coating processes and machines - Maintain automated electrostatic powder coating equipment - Manage ovens to cure parts - Adhere to all quality and production requirements - Follow all safety policies and procedures - Ensure conformance to engineering drawings and specifications - Post-coating production as required - Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate and precise work - Plant and equipment maintenance, cleaning, and upgrades
Qualifications:
- Able to perform repetitive production and manufacturing tasks - Comfortable learning new concepts and processes - Able to work on your feet for 8 hours a day - Comfortable in a fast paced production and manufacturing environment - Comfortable with complex or challenging procedures - Good mechanical inclination, finger and arm dexterity - Technical and detail-oriented aptitude - Lift and move 50 lbs - Typical shift is 4:
