Essential Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Communicate with Service Technicians, Shop supervisors, other Departments, and most importantly the Customer making sure that the customers' needs are always being met.
Create and write repair orders.
Be proactive regarding the mobile technician's schedule by staying on top of follow up repairs and calling customers when it is slow to schedule repairs.
Acting as the primary point of contact for customers who require mobile service.
Scheduling appointments and coordinating service requests for mobile technicians.
Preparing and presenting service estimates to customers, including cost breakdowns and timelines.
Communicating with customers to understand their service needs and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Providing accurate and detailed quotes and information about available services, including repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to customers and other departments Knowledge, Skills and Experience required (unless otherwise noted):
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Valid driver's license with good standing MVR Strong computer skills and internet including Microsoft office and Excel.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly Effective Management of internal processes.
Being able to Manage time between constant change and multiple Departments communication Starting Hourly Range:
