Bilingual Recruiter

Ultimate Staffing is working with a long-standing environmental services contractor to identify candidates for their Bilingual Recruiter position!? This is an opportunity to work with a great company with excellent benefits and the potential for growth.? Daily responsibilities include:
??????????Coordinate the hiring process with managers to include recruiting for a variety of entry-level to senior-level positions for both field and office positions, communicate with candidates, and set up interviews
??????????Assist with job postings on job boards and keep them up to date with current openings
??????????Update internal available positions listing on company website
??????????Conducts initial telephone screenings and assist with the decision-making process for candidates with internal hiring managers
??????????Responsible for ATS management including inputting data in a timely manner, generating reports on an as-needed basis, and disseminating and retrieving applications to/from managers
??????????Develop and create reports as needed related to recruitment activities
??????????Complete reference and background checks
??????????Prepare and send out acknowledgement and regret emails to candidates
??????????Verify accuracy of new hire paperwork
??????????Maintains the confidentiality of all company procedures, results, and information about employees, participants, clients or families
This position will be onsite at the company's offices in Sedalia, CO and is a full-time position. A criminal background check and drug test will be required.

?Experience as a Recruiter for 1-3 years
?Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
?Proficient computer skills
?Good organization and prioritization skills
?Must be highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, busy work environment
?High school diploma

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
